Tom Webster (General Insurance)

Tom has almost a decade worth of experience in Recruitment, specialising in the Insurance sector.

Moving through the ranks of his previous firm, he retained ‘Top Biller’ status for 4 consecutive years, smashing both personal and business targets. He managed the Insurance division, honing his Recruitment expertise, along with Operational and People Management skills.

Tom has excellent knowledge of the Insurance sector, forging fantastic relationships with candidates and clients for a wide variety of Insurance Businesses. Clients include: Claims Management companies; Loss Adjusters; MGAs; and Insurers; as well a range of Insurance brokers, from small Independents to regional, national and global firms.

When working with Tom you can be rest assured he will do a thorough job. Using his experience and attention to detail, all parties will be fully briefed; Tom will always do his utmost to limit those awkward or frustrating moments that can sometimes occur if the recruitment process isn’t managed effectively.

Joe had a genuine passion for the Wealth Management sector. Working as a senior-level consultant, he has headhunted high-calibre candidates to secure their dream roles, and supported high-profile clients to secure valuable talent for large national offices alongside bespoke SME’s. His vast experience covers all areas, from support and operations to advice and fee-earners.

Joe’s customer/client-centric approach has led to impressive success, and continues to drive him to achieve great things. A passionate and driven individual, he’s currently undertaking a CII Level 4 Diploma in order to further his knowledge within the Recruitment arena.

When not at work, Joe is a keen sports player, involved in both Rugby and Football at Regional level. He loves food, loves to travel, and is never too far from his next adventure…

Ed has many years of experience in Recruitment, Headhunting, HR and International Relocation and has made a significant difference to many people when supporting them with challenges in their careers and lives. He progressed through the Financial Services Division, becoming one of the top recruiters in the business, managing and developing his own team, and then on to co-launching Capio Recruitment.

Specialising in Financial Services across Wealth Management and Financial Planning, where he maintains strong connections with many leading companies in the industry. Ed has a professional, consultative approach and has vast experience of securing new positions for a range of professionals which often results in great progress in their careers, and the businesses finding the top tier talent that they want.

Outside of the office, Ed enjoys football, cricket and F1 and is always looking to travel to new and interesting countries.
